The National Lottery is an exclusive license conducted by or on behalf of the Minister responsible for finance with the view of raising funds for a purpose defined by the Minister.
Public Lottery License
Public lotteries are conducted by ed institutions and organizations to raise funds for charitable purposes under Section 24 of the Act. It is conducted in the public’s interest and for no private gain for a period determined by the Board.
Promotional Competitions
This category means a lottery, game or contest conducted for the purpose of promoting the sale of use of any goods or services.
Casino Operating License
Casino operations mean a private club, or a room in a club, hotel, or other establishment, where gambling takes place or place where people gamble by playing card games, roulette or slot machines. This includes virtual or online platforms where a person may participate in a game approved by the Board.
This category covers online and land-based sports betting operations, allowing individuals to wager on the outcomes of a race, competition or other event or process.
This category covers games offered in which each player matches the numbers printed in different arrangements on cards. This includes remote bingo, online bingo and facilities for providing bingo.
This covers persons operating and making available for use gaming or betting machines/slot machines in premises. This does not apply to any games offered online.
